In 2019, HSBC invited us to pitch for a one-off project: they were looking for digital acquisition experts to help launch their new rewards credit card.
After an initial success, that ‘one-off project’ soon snowballed. Fast forward to today, and we are now the lead agency for all product marketing in the UK.
Digital acquisition is still a huge part of what we do for HSBC, helping to bring their wide product offering to prospect audiences – mortgages, current accounts, loans, insurance and more.
But we’re now fortunate enough to also lead on the creative positioning of each product, steer the planning and execution of ongoing customer engagement and support exciting brand initiatives.
