Account Manager – All levels

About the role

The account team at CHS are the link between our clients and creative teams – managing campaigns and briefs of all sizes, and making sure we always over-deliver. A hands on role, where you’ll learn about our clients’ businesses and become an expert in knowing how they communicate with their customers. Exceptional problem-solving skills, along with managing relationships with clients, suppliers and other agencies, are central to the role – needed for almost every client and almost every campaign.

About you

Due to some exciting new pitch wins, and existing client growth, we’re looking for new team members to join our account team. We’re looking for Account Managers across junior to senior levels. You’ll want to learn how to deal with life at the sharp end, feeling comfortable managing any number of tasks at once in the finest of detail. You’ll like dealing with people and be able to be positive and self-confident when dealing with everyone from senior marketeers to media buyers. You’ll have a thirst for knowledge but also be able to question what’s in front of you.

Junior Creative

About the role
Being a creative at CHS is more than just InDesign and Photoshop. As part of the creative team, you’ll help to translate client briefs to shape propositions and concepts that deliver best-in-class multi-channel communications. Participating from crafting propositions through to concepting, you’ll have the opportunity work on creative projects on some of the UK’s biggest household names.

You’ll be hungry to learn in a fast-paced environment, and be a team player who can contribute amazing ideas.

Middleweight Creative

About the role
As a middleweight creative, you’ll play a major part in crafting campaigns – often leading a subteam to help them arrive at ‘the unique, big idea’. You’ll have a experience in developing compelling propositions through to brilliant designs – and be truly channel agnostic, with an understanding across digital, press, DM, email (to name a few…). Participating at every stage, from creative strategy to proposition and concepting, you’ll have the opportunity to take the creative lead for some of the UK’s most recognisable brands.

About you
You’ll have a passion for what you do and will be able to communicate your ideas both vocally and visually. If you can put a commercial lens on creative projects then this could be what you’ve been looking for.

Photographic Stylist

About the role

As a member of the photographic department, you will be passionate about styling and stunning photography. Working closely with photographers, studio managers, catalogue designers, set builders and the web team, you will translate briefs into inspirational and leading photographic images and manage a repertoire of projects developing from brief to completion for a variety of products.

Food styling; from recipe sourcing and cooking, to creating the finished recipes with confidence.
Leading and assisting on set builds, styling, and ensuring all clients’ requirements are met within the timescale given.
Creating mood boards, trend sourcing and scamping for internal team members and external clients.
Sourcing locations, researching and models, assisting the props buyer in props sourcing, and meeting relevant budgets set by the studio manager.

About you

You should have extensive creative industry experience of food, product and interior styling and feel comfortable in a very fast-paced department. You will have a strong sense of team membership, and the ability to be able to motivate and support other team members, whilst being able to take ownership of, and organise, large shoots and projects.

You should have some knowledge of, and the ability to use, InDesign/Word/Excel and/or have a degree in a relevant subject. You should also be confident in the kitchen as some projects require cooking and baking.
