About the role

Creative Producers at CHS work across both video and photographic shoots and you will take on a dynamic and multifaceted role that combines creativity with production expertise and financial acumen. Every project is different and you’ll get involved in various stages of the process from concept development through to sourcing models, locations and shooting at both our in house studios and on location across the UK and abroad. You will ensure that each project aligns with both the client’s vision and CHS’ high standards. 

Working closely with the wider agency, you will help translate creative ideas, manage client budgets, and ensure that financial accountability is maintained throughout each project. This role offers a unique opportunity to merge creative flair with practical project management skills, playing a vital part in delivering exceptional results for our clients.

About you

You are a passionate and highly organised individual with a proven track record in styling or producing across video/tv or photography production. You have a flair for creative styling and enjoy being hands-on throughout the production process. Your strong communication skills allow you to build effective relationships with clients and collaborate seamlessly with various teams. You are proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, always striving to exceed expectations. 

With a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of financial management, you are confident in handling budgets and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. You’re not just about meeting goals – you’re about going above and beyond to elevate both your Team’s and clients’ experiences. A full UK driving licence and an eye for baking/cooking is advantageous.
