Agency Planning Director wins prestigious marketing award
Performance Marketing World's 30 Under 30
These awards aim to identify and celebrate the most impressive performance marketing talent under the age of 30.
The list recognises the most skilled individuals from brands and agencies across the industry, who have managed to achieve great things in the very early years of their career.
And as a Planning Director, Amy is no exception at creative agency CHS.
She founded and built her own planning department, and last year joined the agency’s senior leadership team at 28.
The strategic thinking she has brought to the agency has played an instrumental role in not only growing the agency in size, but taking its creative output to all new heights.
Her department is now the driving force behind the creative campaign strategies of household brands like HSBC UK, Petplan and LV=.
As such, the strategy discipline of the agency has played the role of catalyst in propelling CHS to its largest ever headcount and best financial year ever recorded.
Amy Ratcliffe, Planning Director at CHS, said: “It’s humbling to be included in such a prestigious list of performance marketing professionals.
“When I joined CHS in 2013, it was a creative production agency, supporting lead agencies to bring their ideas to life.
“Because of this, there wasn’t a need for in-house creative strategy but this was my passion, and a discipline I believed could transform the agency – for the better.
“Growing to become one of the biggest agencies outside of London has always been a long term goal of CHS. And today, we’re very different to who we once were.
“We’re strategically-led, bigger than ever and well on our way to making that dream a reality.”
