There’s nothing new about using a celebrity to endorse a brand, but these days there’s an opportunity to step into the lives of well-known influencers as they promote the features of a product being used in their own home.
This gives the relationship to the brand a sense of realism that has previously been missing.
As part of exploring the benefit of influencer partnerships, we have recently photographed and videoed the installation of a Howdens kitchen, in the home of Ping Coombes (MasterChef winner).
The images and video footage were shot over a number of visits to the location and tracks the progress from initial ideas, by a Howdens designer, to delivery and final fitting.
Edited into YouTube and Instagram (Story/TV) formats, it concludes with a Q&A session with the influencer, who gives a guided tour of the features and benefits of their chosen kitchen – all of which gives that added level of detail, authenticity and brand endorsement.
