Tasked with a wider strategic challenge of driving a more valuable customer relationship with direct response campaigns. We’ve led the planning, creation and execution of multi-channel direct acquisition campaigns across email, direct mail, SMS and Facebook retargeting – resulting in the brand’s most successful DR campaigns to date.
Our success in acquiring new customers served as the springboard to develop a CRM programme for existing customers too.
Continuing the same principles of tight, cross-channel integration, these direct campaigns talk to customers based on their likely acceptance rate – which directly links to their behaviour as a customer.
This same approach has lead to integrated campaigns triggered by customer activity, and seasonal events – like “back to school” and Christmas.
