A relatively new client, we have set about creating the narrative by which they can introduce the idea of luxury retired living through ‘shared ownership’ to a new generation of retirees. The range of affordable one, two and three bedroomed homes, in hand-picked locations, means there’s something to suit every budget.
Taking a multi-channel approach, we have produced all the acquisition collateral from targeted direct mail to national press advertisements, and from emails to social posts. What’s more, as we have a large team of photographers and videographers, we were able to produce all of the photography in-house, which allows for greater control. And where necessary we were able to film on location, with existing residents, for that extra level of social proofing.
