About the role
The account team at CHS is the link between our clients and creative teams – managing campaigns and briefs of all sizes, and making sure we always deliver beyond expectation. A hands-on role, where you’ll learn about our clients’ businesses and become an expert in knowing how they communicate with their customers. Exceptional problem-solving skills, along with managing relationships with clients, suppliers and other agencies, are central to the role – required for almost every client and almost every campaign.
You might have spent some time as a Junior Account Executive at an agency, or be brand new to the industry – but either way you’ll be passionate about advertising. You’ll want to learn how to deal with life at the sharp end, feeling comfortable managing any number of tasks at once in the finest of detail. You’ll enjoy communicating with people, being positive and self-confident when dealing with everyone from senior marketers to media buyers. You’ll have a thirst for knowledge but also be able to question what’s in front of you.
